Cassidy Krug

Cassidy Krug is an author, innovation strategist, and Olympian based in Los Angeles, California. At Stanford, she co-wrote a column called Spacey Sports for the Stanford Daily and won two NCAA diving titles before graduating in 2007 with an English degree. A ten-time national champion and Pan American Games medalist, she represented Team USA in the 3-meter springboard at the 2012 London Olympics, finishing 7th. Since retiring from competitive diving, Cassidy has worked as a brand and innovation strategist, helping to create everything from breakfast cereals to health services for new moms. Her first book, Resurface: A Guide to Navigating Life's Biggest Transitions, came out in June. When not at her desk, you can find her negotiating with her three year old or teaching adult trampoline classes.
