Carlotta "Lotti" Siniscalco

Lotti Siniscalco is a General Partner at Emergence Capital, a San Francisco-based venture capital firm with over $4B under management. Since joining Emergence seven years ago, Lotti has led multiple successful investments and quickly advanced through the firm's apprenticeship-style ranks, becoming the first female General Partner in the firm 20 years history. At Emergence, she serves on the boards of several high-growth companies including Oyster, Federato, Method, Casap, and Harper Insure.

Born and raised in Milan, Lotti moved to the U.S. twenty years ago to pursue her education and ultimately build a career at the intersection of finance and technology. Before joining Emergence in 2018, she gained deep operational and investment experience across financial services and fintech, including roles at Advent International, Ribbit Capital, and NerdWallet, and began her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs in New York City.

She holds a BS in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Lotti lives in San Francisco with her three young children and her husband Federico, also a GSB alumn.
